Fee: $343 (per person) includes textbooks and all material for the 30 hours of in-classroom instruction, plus six hours of behind-the-wheel instruction.

About the Class:

The Darton State College Drivers Education Course consists of 30-hours classroom instruction and 6-hours behind the wheel driving. This course is designed to satisfy Joshua Law requirements. You will have reading and homework assignments, along with ample opportunities to test your knowledge. A passing grade of 70% on tests and final exam are required to successfully complete the in-classroom course. You must satisfactorily demonstrate the established driving skills for Darton instructors to pass the 6-hours behind the wheel training. Y

STUDENTS MAY NOT MISS A DAY OF INSTRUCTION. THIS IS A MANDATORY 30 HOUR CLASSROOM COURSE. 6 HOURS OF DRIVING IS NOT COMPLETED DURING CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION. A Drivers Ed Instructor will make contact to set up times for on the road driving.

Call 229-317-6730, 6872, or 6726 for registration and more information. Also, register in person at Darton College, Continuing Education Office in Building J, Room 102. We will need your Learners permit to complete the registration. **Registration is Limited to the first 20 students.**
