Real Estate Sales Pre-license Course 75-hour course

Fee: $544 per person (includes textbook)

If you have decided to pursue an exciting new real estate career, you must have a real estate license. To qualify for a Salesperson real
estate license in Georgia, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of the State of Georgia, unless seeking a nonresident license
  • Complete a 75 hour Salesperson Pre-License course
  • Be a high school graduate or holder of a certification of equivalency
  • Obtain a criminal history report from the GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigation) and
  • Pass a state real estate examination
START HERE! Cover all test subject areas required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission to prepare for the state exam. Tackle the basics of real estate law, ownership, transfer and use of property contracts plus other required topics. You will have reading and homework assignments, along with ample opportunities to test your knowledge. Seventy-five hours of classroom attendance as well as a passing grade of 75 on quizzes and the final exam is required in order to pass the course.
