BANNER Login Help

The BANNER/Student Records page is now on a Secured SSL.

If you are having problems logging into BANNER, here are a few simple steps that can help you get in.

In Internet Explorer, go up to your main menu bar and click:

  • Tools
  • Internet Options
  • Advanced Tab
  • Scroll down to 'Security'
  • Place a check in the 'Use SSL 2.0'
  • Place a check in the 'Use SSL 3.0'
  • Place a check in the 'Use TLS 1.0'
  • Click Apply
  • Click OK

You should now be able to access the BANNER page.

In Netscape, go up to your main menu bar and click:

  • Edit
  • Preferences
  • Privacy and Security
  • SSL
  • Place a check in the 'Enable SSL version 2'
  • Place a check in the 'Enable SSL version 3'
  • Place a check in the 'Enable TLS'
  • Click OK

You should now be able to access the BANNER page.
