With a world of rapidly evolving software and hardware the Technical Services Group Multi-Media Helpdesk is available to assist and solve problems that occur with this expansive environment. With skilled technicians, we are able to assist instructors and students over the phone, or in person, with a plethora of questions that may arise including; GeorgiaVIEW D2L, Collaborate, computer access, office computers, on campus software, E-learning suites, web 2.0 applications, and much more.
