Not listed on the Department Directory

  1. Contact your department or division appointed web representative
  2. Provide the web representative with (preferably via e-mail)
    • permission to use a photo - optional
    • Name
    • basic catalog information
    • any additional information that is typical for your department
  3. The web representative for your department will contact the web administrator about making the changes on the web site.

Incorrect information on the Department Directory

  1. Contact your department or division appointed web representative
  2. Provide the web representative with the corrections (preferably via e-mail)
  3. The web representative for your department will contact the web administrator about making the changes on the web site.

NOTE: All Position/Title changes must come through the Human Resources department.
