BANNER Web FAQs

How do I view my grades?

You may wish to print this page for reference as you use the BANNER Web system, accessible through MyDC. To print, click File, Print now.

If you are having trouble accessing your grades, check these instructions to see if your computer has the correct security settings.

• To view/print your grades online, access Banner Web in MyDC.
  1. Logon to MyDC and click Student-Banner.
  2. Click the link in the Academic Services channel
  3. Click Banner Web > Student & Financial Aid > Student Records
  4. Click Final Grades
  5. Your grade report for your classes will be displayed. Print this screen if you want a hardcopy of your grade report.
     
     
• To view/print your unofficial transcript online, access Banner Web in MyDC.
  1. Logon to MyDC and click Student-Banner.
  2. Click the link in the Academic Services channel
  3. Click Banner Web > Student & Financial Aid > Student Records
  4. Click Academic Transcript
  5. Select the appropriate Transcript Level then click Submit.
  6. Your unofficial transcript will be displayed. Print this screen if you want a hardcopy of your transcript.
