Financial Aid Suspension Policy Update

Federal and financial aid regulations require colleges to set minimum standards for satisfactory academic progress and to hold students accountable for meeting those standards.

Darton State College checks your satisfactory academic progress before awarding aid, even if you did not receive financial aid in past terms. We also check your progress at the end of every term that you receive aid.

Effective Fall 2016 the SAP Policy at Darton will change. Any student awarded aid for Fall term or beyond will be subject the new policy. We encourage students to review the policy and be familiar the information to understand what is needed to stay in good standing and continue to receive financial aid.  Review the Standard of Progress / SAP Policy at the following link:  http://www.darton.edu/admin/finaid/forms.php
