Photography Request Form
Complete the form below to make a request for a photographic assignment. Making a request does not guarantee the assignment will be approved. A confirmation will be sent to you once the request is scheduled. Please give advanced notice of at least two weeks for off-campus, evening, or weekend events so we may ensure coverage.
Note: When scheduling any photography the scheduler is in charge of obtaining any necessary photo release form(s) prior to the pictures being taken. Forms should be used when photographing anyone under the age of 18 or who are not Darton College students. Forms should also be used if the image or video will prominently show someone's face.
