Instructional Technology Certificate Program

Darton College is offering a new online Instructional Technology Certificate Program beginning in the summer.

This certificate is designed to provide in-service instructors with the knowledge and hands-on practice needed to succeed in developing and facilitating online courses. The certificate will cover the theory behind instructional technology and design, the selection and evaluation of Web-based tools and applications for instruction, and the creation and implementation of robust online courses.

This 14-hour program offers courses in Web-based tools and applications for education, online communication technologies, instructional design of the online course, and facilitating learning online. Enrollment is open to in-service teachers and faculty.
