The festivities will take place at 10 a.m. in front of the new building. The building will be dedicated to Dr. B. R. Tilley, the founding president of Darton College. On February 15, Darton College will host its first annual guitar workshop. Darton College offers an online certificate in homeland security. The 30 credit hour program is designed for students who have no experience in the field of homeland security and those who already have an entry-level job or experience and need to enhance their education to stay competitive.

Classes cover such topics as emergency management, transportation systems, protection of infrastructure, securing borders, and more.
