Our purpose.

To empower women in Southwest Georgia to achieve personal success and financial independence.

Our mission.

To empower women by providing services to women of all colors, roles, backgrounds, cultures, abilities and ages. Through its programs and services, the center seeks to promote and create equal opportunities for women to achieve personal success and financial independence.

Our values.

We value all women and their quality of life. We value volunteers and staff as leaders and mentors. We value integrity, ethical behavior and inclusiveness as characteristics of leaders and mentors.

Our goals.

1. To create an awareness among the people of Southwest Georgia about opportunities available for women.
2. To create an awareness among women of Southwest Georgia concerning their need and right to seek equal opportunity.
3. To equip women with the skills necessary to be successful in their careers so that they may achieve financial independence.
4. To equip women with the skills necessary to effectively manage work/life balance issues so that they may achieve personal success and well being.
