I understand that signing up as a free agent does not guarantee participation in events and that teams will not be formed from the free agent list.

I understand that is my responsibility as a participant to contact other potential players who wish to participate in a particular sport. I understand that all teams must submit a completed sign up sheet to the Office of the Assistant Student Activities Director no later than one (1) week prior to the captain's meeting for that sport.
