Position Descriptions
Working Title: Medical Director / Medical Advisor
Department: Allied Health
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing input into the medical content of the program to which he or she is appointed.
- Providing input into the medically related activities of students in the clinical phase of the program.
- Serving as advisor to the program director.
- Acting as liaison between the program and other community physicians.
Required Education and/or Experience:
- Currently licensed physician.
- Board Certified or Board Admissible in area of expertise necessary to meet specific program accreditation requirements.
Supervision:
Reports to the Dean of Allied Health
