Topping-Out Ceremony For Student Center Addition
Darton College will hold a Topping-Out Ceremony for the new student center addition on Thursday, Sept. 24, 11 a.m., at the building construction site adjacent to the student center.
The Topping-Out Ceremony is a traditional ceremony signalling that the structure has reached its height.
The existing student center is 30,000 sq. ft. The 63,000 sq. ft. addition will include a bowling alley, indoor climbing wall, racquetball court, gaming area, and a food court.
Yielding Wakeford & McGee Architects designed the addition. Skanska USA Building Inc. is doing the construction.
