Fine Arts Convocation To Be Held Nov. 24
Darton College's Fine Arts Convocation will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 24, at 11 a.m. in the Darton Theatre and will feature the many different aspects of the Darton College performing arts and visual arts.
The Darton Players will perform an excerpt from "The Gifts of the Magi" under the direction of Theatre Director Deborah Liss-Green. The Vocal Ensembles will perform, and a multimedia presentation of student and faculty images will be presented by the art department.
The dance program will present several dance pieces featuring modern, ballet, and a dance collaboration with other fine arts departments, as well as a solo by Dance Director Jennifer DeBritton.
The Darton College Jazz Ensemble will perform jazz standards, and additional arts will be presented.
