Registration For Summer Camps Is Under Way

Registration for Darton summer camps is under way.

Kids will be amazed as they have FUN with science at the WOW Science Camp. For ages 7-11, the camp is scheduled for Monday-Friday, June 28-July 2. Participants will make oozy-gooey slime, make a volcano and watch it erupt, work with magnets, make a dinosaur grow two times its original size, try myth buster experiments, and many more fun lab experiments.

Outdoor Adventure Camp, for students ages 13-17, is scheduled for Monday-Wednesday, June 21-23. Participants will learn basic flat water and slow current paddling skills, receive an introduction to rock climbing, and will gain valuable hiking and outdoor living skills.

Other summer camps available include American Girl® Camp, Young Writers Club, Act-Up! Acting Camp, Lego® Battle Bots, Outdoor Adventure Camp, Outdoor Day Camp, American Red Cross Babysitter Training, dance camps, sports camps, and more.

To register your child for summer camp at Darton, call the Continuing Education/Economic Development Division at (229) 317-6730 or 6726. Be sure to register soon, as space is limited.
