Accreditation

The associate degree program in Health Information Technology at Darton College is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education in association with the American Health Information Management Association. The curriculum of the Health Information Management program is designed following the Standards and Guidelines for an accredited educational program for the health information technician.
