Alexia Jones
Dance Movement Practitioner

Photo of Alexia JonesAlexia Jones is a graduate of the Florida State University dance program, and the creator of the dance modality, the Beracha Method™. Jones uses dance, specifically the Beracha Method™, as more than an ancillary treatment. As a dance movement practitioner, she treats people in recovery from drug addiction, children and adults managing the stress of homelessness, and those battling depression or struggling with grief. An engineer of dance movement, she builds bridges that connect all aspects of the being (mind, body, soul, and spirit), so that from a place of wholeness her clients can conquer their afflictions. Based in Atlanta GA, Jones is the outreach director for the Good Moves Dance Consortium, a dance faculty member for Moving in the Spirit, an instructor for the Fulton County Arts Council, and an ordained minister.
