Sharon Prince
Sharon Prince has taught for over twenty years. She earned her bachelor's degree in English from Radford University in Radford, Virginia, in 1987. She decided to take a year away from academic pursuits and lived in a Franciscan community dedicated to serving the poor in downtown Baltimore, Maryland. At the end of that year, Prince returned to higher education as a teaching fellow at Radford University, where she began her master's degree in English. She finished her master’s in 1990. Since her teaching fellowship at Radford University, Prince has taught at a variety of institutions, ranging from West Virginia University to Darton College. She teaches both face-to-face and online classes. She enjoys working with students and looks forward to her days at work. She hopes that her children and her students will find a career that is as satisfying for them as teaching is for her.
