Family & Child Welfare Practitioner Certificate
What is it?
This certificate program is offered in partnership with the Georgia Association of Homes and Services for Children and the National Center for Professional Certification (NCPC). Five courses, with a total of 16 semester credit hours, from the Human Services Technology Associate Degree Program at Darton College will be taught over a period of three semesters. These five courses are identified as equivalent to the Family and Child Welfare Level 2 Standards. Individuals who complete this certificate program are encouraged to enroll in the Human Services Technology program to complete their Associate Degree.
Eligibility Requirements: Individuals who are currently participating in or plan to participate in the National Center for Professional Certification (NCPC) Family and Child Welfare Practitioner Level 2 Certification program.
