Application Deadlines
Qualified applicants should complete a nursing application one to two semesters before the desired entry date. Nursing applications should be requested from the Nursing Division office in I-237. Nursing classes begin with NURS 1101. Students are admitted to Nursing on the following schedule:
Albany – Even years: Spring, Summer, Fall
Odd years: Summer, Fall
Americus – Fall
Miller County - Summer
Thomasville - Summer
Albany Evening Program - Spring, odd years
Online - Spring, odd years
Healthcare Professional to RN - Albany - Fall B-TermApplications Accepted!
- Summer (classes start in May)
- November 15 through February 15
- Fall (classes start in August)
- January 15 through April 15
- Spring (classes start in January)
- June 15 through September 15
Qualified applicants are accepted to the class of their choice until the class is filled. If you meet the admission criteria but apply after the class is filled, you will be given the choice of being placed on a waiting list for the filled class or being accepted to the next available class.
