1. From Tools pull-down menu in the Internet Explorer toolbar:

2. Go to Internet Options

3. Click the Privacy tab

4. Choose Advanced settings

5. Click box to Override automatic cookie handling

6-7. Make sure settings are chosen to accept First-party cookies and Third-party

cookies

8. Click OK  
9. Click next OK

Restart browser
